TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATIONS

• Confirmation is subject to room & flight availability.
• A non-refundable deposit of RM500 per person is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Pan Malaysia Travel and Tours (which is hereafter referred to as ‘PMTT’) will consider your booking confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
• Any late booking up to 7 days prior to departure should be accompanied with full payment in advance, in the event of an unconfirmed tour, advanced payment will be refunded.

TOUR FARE

• Price quoted is valid for minimum TWO paying adult per departure based on twin sharing basis
• Price quoted is excluding airport taxes, gratuities to driver / guide and personal expenses where applicable – unless stated otherwise.
• Price is subject to change with or without prior notice.
• Child sharing with two (2) adults with extra bed – 95% of adult tour fare.
• Child sharing with two (2) adults with no extra bed – 90% of adult tour fare.
• Full fare is applicable on children below 12 years old if they are sharing a room with AN adult only.
• Peak season surcharge applies

FULL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CHARGES

• After the confirmation of reservation, full payment must be effected at least 14 working days prior to departure. If for any reason the balance of your payment is not received by PMTT by the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and the below conditions are applicable: -
• RM500 per person cancellation fee if booking cancelled over 14 days from the departure date
• 50% of tour fare cancellation fee if booking cancelled within 7 to 14 days from the departure date
• 100% cancellation fee if booking cancelled less than 7 days from the departure date

AMENDMENT

• Any subsequent amendments to your itinerary, departure date, hotel or room type, or any substitution or reduction to the passengers booked, will incur an additional charge of RM50 fee per booking file per amendment.
• Besides, the amendment will also incur you the additional cost of any differential price between the original and amended components if your amendment is confirmed.
• Once air ticket(s) has been issued, traveler(s) are bound by Airline Rules & Regulations which details can be provided to the company.
  (The above conditions apply for international tour packages only; as for domestic package: RM 5 per booking file per amendment.)

EXTENSION

• Extensions allowed are subject to airline seat(s) and room(s) availability and are subject to peak season surcharges.

Important note

• Strictly no refund for all unutilized tickets or facilities or service include in the package.
• Tour Booking Form will be issued upon receipt of deposit.
• Please refer to overleaf of Tour Booking Form for all Terms & Conditions applied.
• Other terms and conditions apply during MATTA FAIR or any travel fair occurring in the country.
• While PMTT is happy to make requests on your behalf with hotel suppliers for double beds, specific room type or others requests, we cannot guarantee, nor be responsible for any such requests. These requests are always subject to availability upon check in.
